The Highland Park Education Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) Foundation, created in 1984 to raise private funds to support the exceptional education provided for generations in the Highland Park Independent School District. HPEF serves all the campuses in the District, and it ensures the students and faculty receive the tools they need to succeed.
